Delivery Information

At KPT Solutions Ltd, we strive to deliver your plant hire equipment and construction consumables efficiently and reliably.

Weekday Orders (Monday - Friday)

For all orders placed before 4:00 PM within the M25 area, delivery will be made on the next working day. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If a public/Bank Holiday falls on the next working day, delivery will be carried out on the next available working day. Standard deliveries within the London area are made up until 4:00 PM.

Out-of-Hours Weekday Deliveries

If you require delivery outside of our standard hours (i.e., after 4:00 PM in the London area), this will incur an additional charge. We will inform you of these charges via email upon order acknowledgement and await your confirmation (email or phone) before proceeding with the delivery.

Saturday Deliveries (for Weekday Orders)

Orders placed on a weekday for Saturday delivery are generally limited to the London area, unless a prior arrangement has been specifically made with KPT Solutions Ltd, or if weekend delivery is the only feasible option for your site.

Weekend Orders (Saturday & Sunday)

All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be acknowledged on the following Monday.

• Within the M25 Area: For deliveries within the M25 area, your order will typically be delivered within 24-48 hours of acknowledgement (i.e., by Tuesday or Wednesday).

• Outside the M25 Area: For orders outside the M25 area, we will acknowledge your order on Monday and simultaneously advise you of the expected delivery date and time for your site.

Emergency Deliveries

We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur on-site. KPT Solutions Ltd offers a dedicated emergency delivery service to support our established account holders outside of standard hours. Once your account is set up with us, we will provide you with the specific out-of-hours contact numbers and details of the applicable charges for this vital service.
