Everbuild Everflex Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant 295ml

The Everbuild Everflex Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant is a high-performance, one-part, emulsion acrylic-based sealant designed to provide fire and smoke resistance. Upon exposure to temperatures exceeding 125°C, it swells to more than 150% of its original size, forming a char that effectively seals joints and voids in fire-rated structures. This sealant is ideal for applications requiring both fire protection and acoustic performance.
