EVERBUILD® 401 Brick & Patio Cleaner – 5 L

EVERBUILD® 401 is a high-strength acid-based cleaner crafted to remove mortar, cement, efflorescence, ingrained dirt, algae, and paint from mineral surfaces such as brick, stone, concrete, paving flags, and earthenware  Its ready-to-use formula in a 5 L jerry can makes it ideal for both small and extensive cleaning tasks.

Features

• Acid-based strength (~9–9.9 % active): Effectively dissolves tough mineral stains
• Low pH (<1.0): Highly potent cleaner for stubborn cementitious residue 
• Water-cleanable: Easy to rinse without leaving residue on surfaces .
• Economical usage: Approximately 10 m² per litre on porous surfaces 
• Shelf stable: 24-month shelf life; store between +5 °C and +40 °C in a secure upright manner

• Brickwork, stone, and concrete: Remove mortar smears, efflorescence, and ingrained grime.
• Patios and paving: Clears cement-based residue from flagstones, setts, and paved driveways.
• Industrial surfaces: Cleans factory and garage floors with stubborn mortar marks.
• Post-construction cleaning: Ideal for final-site cleans after rendering, plastering, or bricklaying.

Standards & Compliance

• Classified as a corrosive acid cleaner (pH < 1.0 at room temperature) 
• Contains hydrochloric acid (HCl)—handle according to COSHH guidelines, with required PPE such as gloves and eye protection .
• Store with care: Avoid contact with metals, strong alkalis, bleach, and prevent run-off into watercourses
• Not for interior use — suitable for external application only .

User Instructions

1. Wet the surface thoroughly.
2. Apply undiluted product with brush or sprayer, allow 15‑20 minutes dwell time.
3. Scrub with a stiff-bristle brush, then rinse off fully before the cleaner dries
