Everbuild 501 Universal PVA Bond is a high-quality, general-purpose polyvinyl acetate (PVA) emulsion designed for extensive use across the building and DIY sectors. It acts as a powerful bonding agent, primer, sealer, and admixture, making it an incredibly versatile product that adheres to most common building materials. This medium-viscosity, internally plasticised homopolymer contains no harmful phthalates, ensuring a safer and more environmentally friendly option for a wide range of applications.

- Multi-Purpose Functionality: A true all-in-one product, it can be used for:
- Bonding: Creates excellent adhesion for new plaster, renders, and screeds onto various challenging substrates (e.g., concrete, brickwork, blockwork, plasterboard, glass, steel, tiles). It creates a mechanical key and regulates suction.
- Priming: Seals porous surfaces (like old concrete, plaster, plasterboard) in preparation for subsequent coatings like paint or plaster, preventing suction and ensuring better adhesion.
- Sealing: Ideal for general dust sealing on flaking paintwork or friable walls.
- Admixture: When added to mortar, screeds, or renders, it significantly improves their workability, adhesion, flexibility, and resistance to salt permeation and dusting. It also enhances frost resistance.
