A gun-grade, one-component polyurethane foam engineered for sealing and insulating gaps while providing fire-rated protection (DIN 4102‑1 B2). Expands up to 40× its original volume to form a semi-rigid, closed-cell foam that offers excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. Packaged in a 750 ml can designed for use with a standard foam applicator gun

Applications

• Sealing and fire‑rating gaps around window/door frames, pipe and cable penetrations, wall/floor junctions.
• Filling voids in partition walls, service ducts, and utility penetrations.
• Ideal for thermal breaks and acoustic insulation in walls and ceilings.
• Suitable in U-values and acoustic-rated assemblies—use with intumescent sealant in critical fire-rated systems.

Standards & Compliance

• DIN 4102‑1 Class B2 (normal flammability); offers up to 2 hours of fire resistance when installed correctly 
• DIN 4102‑1 also referenced in BS 476‑20/22 systems (commonly 60–120 minutes rating).
• Non‑shrinking formulation ensures long-term seal integrity
• CE/UKCA marking via Bond It system DoP (implied through documentation).
