The Armorgard LoadAll™ LA1000 is a heavy-duty, space-saving board trolley designed specifically for the easy transportation of large-format materials such as plasterboard, wood panels, and metal sheets. Engineered to survive the harshest construction environments, it combines a massive load capacity with a unique folding design for easy storage and transport between sites.

• 1 Tonne Capacity: Specifically designed to carry up to 1000kg (1 metric tonne) of material safely.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built from a rugged steel frame with a durable powder-coated finish to prevent corrosion and withstand heavy impacts
• Solid Floor: Unlike skeleton-frame trolleys, the LA1000 features a solid steel base plate, ensuring that smaller offcuts or tools don't fall through during transit.
• High-Spec Castors: Equipped with two fixed wheels and two swivel-braked wheels. These heavy-duty castors are designed to handle the 1-tonne weight while remaining easy to steer on uneven site floors.

Applications

The LA1000 is a versatile tool across several high-intensity industries:

• Construction & Drylining: Primary use for transporting stacks of 2.4 x 1.2m plasterboard from delivery points to the installation area. It significantly reduces the manual labor required and speeds up "boarding out" processes.
• Carpentry & Joinery: Ideal for moving large sheets of MDF, plywood, and OSB. The solid base prevents thin veneers or edges from getting damaged by catching on the frame.
• Warehousing & Distribution: Used for picking and moving large, flat-packed items or metal sheeting that would be cumbersome and dangerous to move by hand.
• Event Management: Effective for transporting staging panels, partitions, and floorboards during the setup and teardown of exhibitions and events.
