Fosroc Cebex 100 Expanding Grout Admixture – 227 g

Cebex 100 is a powdered grout admixture comprising a plasticiser and gas-generating expansion agent. It’s designed to enhance site-mixed cementitious grouts by reducing water content and triggering controlled expansion to counteract plastic shrinkage and settlement

• Ideal for void filling where no separate vibration or compaction is possible

Standards & Compliance

• Suitable for pre-stressing grouts per BS 8110 Part 1, 1997, Annex A 
• Expansion performance meets ASTM C827 (plastic grout expansion)
• Chloride-free to BS 5075; compatible with Portland cement and many Fosroc admixtures

Usage Guidelines

• For typical mixes (up to 1:1 by weight of cement:sand), add 227 g Cebex 100 per 50 kg cement; adjust per mix needs 
• Mix thoroughly (mechanically) with grout components for ~5 minutes before placing within ~20 minutes to fully utilize expansion
• Shelf life is approximately 12–18 months in dry storage 
• Health & Safety: Low hazard, but dust may irritate—wear goggles, gloves, and a dust mask as a precaution
